Peter Welch | Founding Partner

A graduate of Central St Martins where he went on to teach before moving into the creative industries. Peter has developed a range of high profile cultural and education programs for clients including the BBC, Christie’s, Colliers International, Cultural Olympiad, English Heritage, Global Heritage Fund, Hiscox, Nielson, Hogan Lovell and The Prince’s Foundation.
He supports clients by providing his contacts and knowledge of the arts sector to create the most effective and original arts, community and education programs possible.
Peter’s pro-bono work includes; former trustee of Dash Arts and a lead sponsor with the National Theatre of the Art of Sponsorship conference series.

Tessa Marchington | Managing Director

Tessa lives and breathes music and culture. She studied piano as a postgraduate at the Royal Academy of Music and then in 2008 she founded the company ‘Music in Offices’ to bridge the gap between business and the arts. A year later she co-founded the Investec International Music Festival with pianist Wu Qian, which brings world-class music to the Surrey Hills where Tessa grew up. This festival has previously featured artists such as Nicola Benedetti CBE and Dame Sarah Connolly.
Tessa is both a Fellow at Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and a Fellow of the Society of Leadership Fellows, St George’s, Windsor Castle and in 2021 was a Gold Winner in the National Business Women’s Awards.

Omar Khan

Omar specializes in providing sponsorship and marketing services to clients in the fields of sport, media and entertainment. Working with a network of consultancies with affiliates across the world – in Europe, the USA, Australia, China, UAE and India. He supports a range of high-profile clients to create sustainable business plans and projects.
Omar is co-owner of the Cross-Sports Book Awards, act as Commercial Ambassador to the Professional Cricketers Association, advise Sporting Equals on PR and Communications, and Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Football for Peace.

Isabella Brancolini

Isabella is an art business consultant with over two decades of experience in the industry, building and bringing together an expansive international network of artists and clients. Drawing upon her extensive experience of navigating the art world and market, she evaluates clients needs, helping them to develop relevant, innovative projects and generate a clear plan for their implementation. Isabella specialises in facilitating cultural partnerships between the business and arts sectors by formulating strategies with brands, connecting them with the most fitting contemporary art projects.Isabella has founded prominent contemporary art galleries in Rome, Florence, and London, and curated a diverse program of exhibitions. She has also participated in and produced presentations for major international art fairs, collaborated with top museums and offered creative and strategic consulting for hotel collections, fashion brands, and non-profit organisations.

Basma Hamid

Basma based in Cairo, is a graduate of Masr University for Science and Technology, Arabic is her first language – working for Showcase she specializes in project management, public relations and cultivation campaigns for arts and culture sectors. Since 2013 she has worked with both local and international arts organisations, who include Art Jameel, The Jameel House of Traditional Arts, the Down Town contemporary Arts festival D-CAF , Studio Emad Eddin, Zawya Art House Cinema. Panorama of European Film and the Arab Arts Focus at the Festival d’Avignon in France and the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival and more recently as a consultant for Racotis Art Gallery and AFCA arts centre.
Working with Showcase, Basma in addition to her management and communication skills is immersed in Arabic culture and possess an in-depth knowledge of the contemporary art scene across the Arab world. She brings invaluable insights into our work and is a highly valued member of our international team.
